A caring approach to counselling

Different ways of working

We can work with you individually or with you and a partner or with a family group. Sometimes just on for two sessions are enough to make a change. Sometimes we may work together for much longer. We're happy to reflexible and offer counselling that is suited to your particular issues and needs.

Couples and family counselling

If problems in your relationship or marriage are becoming hard to deal with, we can help you find a way to move forward. Couples or whole family counselling provides a safe forum for you to discuss and work through issues together. 

Individual therapy

Often there are issues in our lives that we need to talk through with somebody - just on our own. It might be a long-standing issue or something very specific and recent. Either way, come and see us and we can decide together on the best way forward.
